I was upset at first but how they handled the situation and not only made things right but went above and beyond to give me the best value you'll find in red deer, they listed to me, acknowledged the issue and gave me an even better value. If I can give 100 stars, I would. Sentinel Storage specifically this location at 47 St staff are the best. We needed a temporary place to store our belongings in between selling our house and moving to a new one. I found a great pricing online for $90/month as I’ll only need it for less than a month so we can take our time with the move. I called their office and informed them about the pricing I saw online, but these people went above and beyond. Because I explained that I’ll only be using it for a short term, they offered a more discounted price of just paying the administrative fee, which was $29.00 plus GST. I couldn’t believe it I almost cried as it’s expensive to move and book storage trucks, etc. so getting that pricing helped a lot with our budgeting. I also availed their offsite parking to park our trailer and again only charged us an admin fee of $29. Not only was the pricing affordable, the staff were also helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

Being new to the entire storage locker situation, I found the manager amazing, walking us through the entire process, the facility clean, secure, and the pricing was reasonable.

Life has thrown me a few curveballs lately, and they were willing to work with me to help find a smaller storage unit so I could protect something very important to me — my record collection. Honestly the easiest and fastest way to get storage for moving or general needs, im so sorry that I forgot the lovely lady's name who works in the office but the service is wonderful and I recommend Sentinel to anyone who needs storage
