Great great service. I wish that every business I dealt with would be as professional and friendly as the service here. Mary is a great manager and made sure we got what we needed and ensured we got to where we needed to be. Facility is clean and well maintained and the storage locker was cleaned and ready for use. Highly recommended.

We are moving to Spruce Grove and contacted this storage company to store our goods. The manager Jordan was absolutely amazing to deal with. This is our first time to rent a storage unit and he was knowledgeable at sourcing out the perfect unit for our needs. He explained everything very thoroughly. Today, we stopped in to do the paperwork and view our unit. Again, he did not disappoint us. Customer service is A+. I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage.

I had an outstanding experience with Sentinel Storage in Spruce Grove, particularly with Mary and Jordan. This was my first time using a storage facility, and they made the entire process incredibly straightforward, comfortable, and easy. Both were personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and exceptionally clear in their communication. I had previously been left somewhat confused after speaking with the call centre, and dealing directly with Mary and Jordan was such a relief. They answered every question clearly and directly, explained how the facility and reservation process worked, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. I especially appreciated the care they took in understanding my particular situation. I am storing estate belongings that will eventually need to be distributed among family members, and they helped me establish a practical framework that will allow that distribution to take place on site and make an otherwise complicated process much easier to manage. They also gave me confidence that fragile and temperature- or moisture-sensitive items will be well protected. Their follow-through was excellent as well. I had been promised that a suitable unit would be available on or before a particular date, and they contacted me as soon as one became available. The reservation process was explained thoroughly, and at no point did I feel I needed to worry about whether what had been promised would actually happen. The entire experience was friendly, efficient, professional, and reassuring. Mary and Jordan made something I had been feeling uncertain about feel completely manageable. I would not hesitate to recommend Sentinel Storage in Spruce Grove, and I’m very grateful for the level of service they provided. An easy five-star experience!

If I could have anyone I choose to be a trusted, reliable, kind and caring best friend it would be Mary from Sentinel Storage. She was down to earth and real. Understanding that sometimes life is a bad joke with you as the punchline. Mary helped me, my mom, both of my sons and my little grandsons keep what was left of our story in storage. We fell behind a few times and Mary gave us time to deal with it. She still has to follow protocol or risk losing her job so the interest was still added as well as the cost of the unit. The simple fact that someone in a position of power having the ability to make your life worse, toss memories and cherished gifts like they were nothing, but choosing to be em pop pathetic, caring and understanding instead gave me a reason to believe in humanity again. She’s a rare gem and people with a heart like hers are very few and far between. I’m glad that I was able to meet Mary and I was given the opportunity to have her in my life, even as brief as it was. Thank-you for your support, encouragement and kindness Mary, thank you for giving me the chance to get all of my belongings out and not tossing anything as it all has a special significance attached to it. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely be back.

A convenient location and helpful staff. We found the facility clean and well taken care of. Lots of selection to meet your needs, but it is a popular location, so even though the staff will do their best, you might find that the space and type you want might not be immediately available. They will work hard to accommodate you, so a bit of patience will be worth it.

Mary and the team Sentinel Storage are amazing! We had an odd moving process and they were able to accommodate us in a variety of ways. Easy to sign up and convienent location. Its also a very safe compound to keep your belongings. Highly recommend.

I want to give Jordan and store manager Mary H a shout out for professionalism and the warm greeting I received. My families storage needs have grown from a 5 x 10 to a heated 10 by 20.
