The rental process was amazing. Moving is so stressful and the staff understood this. Every person I spoke with was courteous, patient and thoughtful. They answered all my questions and any concerns I had. There’s no surprise hidden fees and staff is always reachable. Moving out of the storage unit was equally easy. Sentinel storage has been great to work with and the unit is so convenient. Regularly having to move large props in and out of storage, this location has easy pull through access for large vans and vehicles with loading ramps so we're not throwing out our backs loading a large wooden table. Highly recommend.

Access to the unit was good, the hours you could access the unit are generous. Any staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would hightly recommend this facility to anyone storing antiques or other furniture requiring temperature and humidity control.
