I had a great experience picking up moving and packing supplies. Prabh and Sherri provided exceptional customer service—they were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond by helping me carry all of my supplies out to my car. Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent service!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have several storage spaces in two different locations. They also have promotional features where a customer can save money!

I rented a storage unit for 16 years and had a very positive experience. The storage building was always clean, and I never had any problems with insects. Accessing the unit was always easy and convenient. I would recommend this storage facility to friends and would definitely rent from you again in the future if I need storage.

Overall my experience was good, I got the 12 week discounted rate which was nice and after that it went back to regular rates. My stuff was safe, so I didn't bought any insurance but that's upto you. The manager was quick to respond and offered all the help that I needed, so no complains. They have online portal, where you can login and pay for your bill which was convenient.

Prahb was very professional, courteous and friendly. She answered any questions I had and made time to meet me at the other location to show me my unit and confirm access. The facilities are clean, well lit, temp controlled and very secure.

I found a unit online, a customer service representative called me and explained the pricing, the different units available and helped me confirm the size that would be right for our needs. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Meeting with Sherry was a pleasure. She was personable and knowledgeable. She made the process very simple and even had a lock I could purchase for the unit. The locations were clean and in very good repair and are very secure. I would recommend this company if you are looking to store things.
