This place is truly amazing they have the most honest and kind people working here they're very quick to help and answer questions and give a hand when it's needed i'm very grateful for the care and concern these employees show for the units and securing them and making sure your stuff is well Protected. when ive needed a unit to store stuff in temporarily or long term thanks again to jeff and his team you guys make each and every experience worthwhile. Faith and Jeff are whom I recently had help me. This is my second time utilizing their amazing service. I can't remember the name of the lady that helped me the first time... I want to say it starts with a K or C or CH haha but they are all so so nice, patient, understanding and so wasy to talk to. I can't imagine how anyone uses anyone one else other than Sentinel. Phenomenal! Thank you Jeff for not yelling at me when i got locked in after 11pm and had to call the emergency line! You're a saint!

I called in to the toll free line and the person was friendly and professional. They quickly assessed my needs and then matched me to the facility with the best rates. They explained all the details to me and I clearly understood the pricing, terms and conditions. A followup email was provided and then I had just finished my call when Jeff from the local storage area called to set up an appointment with me. When I arrived for my appointment, Jeff was efficient and professional completing the paper work and showing me where my locker was and how the code worked. When I needed additional packing supplies later, I checked the Sentinel pricing and it was much cheaper than the big box stores and the woman that helped was again friendly and professional. A great customer service experience by everyone, thank you Sentinel.

This is an excellent storage facility. Easy access, plenty of passage space between buildings, timely billing and communications. We used our single bay to store furniture for a new family to Canada. I worked very well. Thanks for the good service!!

We loved our time we are thankful for being able to store our belongings as we moved. They were safe and kept perfect in our storage unit. We are thankful that we were able to come 7 days a week until 11 o'clock at night. That worked with our schedule. The staff worked with us as we moved everything back into our new home with Being able to rent 2 weeks at a time in the end. The office staff are absolutely amazing. And when we had to call the 1 800 number, the call centre staff are also wonderful. The only issue that we had was the confusion for the payments. It would be way easier if it was payment at the end of the month as I was constantly calling to ask. What day we owed money for The next month. If you could always have the due date the last day of the month, it would be way easier for everyone. We would absolutely recommend Sentinel and if we ever have need of storage again, we will definitely call.

Had to use storage for a month when moving back to Lethbridge. Was easy to setup, keypad gate security is very convenient and facility is clean and secure.
