He answered all of my questions, went through everything thoroughly and walked me through each step. He was patient and didn’t rush just to get the job done. Good facility and great people to interact with. Rented a unit for less than a month when I was moving this year and the price was great for that duration. No issues with cancelling the rental when I was ready. Small issue I had when opening the unit at first was dealt with promptly when I talked to the people at the desk about it.

Amazing staff who went over and above to help me! I had to unload a u-haul by myself in winter and they provided the use of carts, ice cleats, and made sure the path was de-iced. Couldn't have done it without them! 100% recommend.

My car wouldn’t start when i went to leave. I asked the worker if i could borrow the phone to call someone as my phone was dead too. He offered to let me use his phone and let me use his phone charger. He then offer to charge my battery using his personal vehicle. Gave advice as to troubleshoot whether the battery or alternator was the issue. 10/10 customer service.

Storage units are easily accessed and kept clean. I was comforted knowing that my belongings were safely stored. The staff, Martin and Cyril were always friendly and gave me the best advice when it came to choosing the right type and size of unit. Good experience all round!

Very accommodating and service oriented staff. Cyril Binette was very helpfull in our size choice of storage unit - and in making a change of unit size easy and convenient. The storage property was clean, snow free, well maintained and conveniently located. Our storage units were clean, dry, vermin free, and well secured. Staff were available, pleasant, competent and helpful. Working with Sentinal Storage has been a positive experience at a time when their services were sorely needed,
