My son originally rented a unit for himself but it soon turned into a shared family unit. The first month was free ( which is what was intended to be) but thanks to Murphy and his laws it never turned out like that. In the tornado we call life, the storage unit was forgotten and nobody had the information and nobody knew how to contact them…But through all of the hullaballoo, they had tried to contact Colin a few times and also contacted his grama. Well, once was all figured out and everything caught up, I realized just how kind and thoughtful the owners were. They had to lock the unit down and cut off our lock but then also gave us a lock and key to replace it. She came right away to switch out the locks, they don’t have an office at the storage place, and they were so understanding and personable. Sentinels rates are pricey, and I probably wouldn’t pay them if it was anyone else but this couple (young) are worth every penny due to their kindness, thoughtfulness and respect. 5++++++

Even though I never actually seeing their staff in person, when I dealt with the staff via phone and emails, they were always professional and friendly. They made the process very comfortable.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mary. Mary ask me quite a lot of questions about my needs for a storage locker to make sure I got the right size of locker. Once we got the size of the locker I needed Mary walked me through the process and made sure I read everything I needed to read and sign on the dotted lines. Friendly service. The only issue is I had to buy a $20 lock that is useless anywhere else. I noticed numerous other units had standard padlocks on them.
