Great experience renting a storage unit here. The building always felt secure, and having coded access gave extra peace of mind. The large garbage/loading doors made moving items in and out so much easier, and the dollies available on-site definitely saved my back! The facility was always clean and tidy, and customer service was consistently pleasant and helpful. I’d absolutely rent a unit from them again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very impressed at how quick yet thorough it was. I will recommend to anyone who needs storage long or short term.

Prabh was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She clearly explained all the terms and conditions and even showed me the locker before starting any paperwork, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent, and it was easy to reach out whenever I had a question or concern. Prabh quickly resolved my issue based on a voicemail I left, and I truly appreciated her prompt response. The lockers were clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. Overall, the service was excellent, and I had a great experience.

Friendly staff that were very accommodating when arranging for a storage locker. They suggested a better option than what we were originally considering when booking and were easy to contact. They also allowed a change of start dates as we were arranging shipments remotely, which were harder to change.

Good location. Very convenient access to the lockers. Lockers are clean and dry. Rented a big locker for several months and was satisfied with the service.

Had a storage locker here for 6 months or so. Sherri was a big help on sign up and close out. Locker and compound are secure, had no issues with dirtbags or anything. Would reccomend.

First time needing a storage unit and Sherri and her team helped us right away! They were friendly, kind and caring when doing the application, walking us through the building, and showing us our unit! The storage facility was very clean, well-lit and felt very secure during the days/nights! Thankful for their promotion of a free 4 weeks! During that time we used the space, used the trolleys they provided—so helpful, and we emptied the unit before the next billing cycle so no need to pay for more than we need! The ladies often checked in with us when they walked by and wished us well when we left. 10/10 stars would use again :)
