Highly recommend this facility for a pleasant experience. The customer service is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and fantastic to work with, especially the Asst. Mgr. (Varun) who went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The facility itself is secure, clean, and super easy to navigate.

Don was super friendly from the moment I walked in the door. He showed me the unit and I was super impressed with how bright and clean it is. He went through the paper work with me and explained policies and showed me how the lock works. He had me test my access code before I left since no one would be there on Sunday when the movers take my stuff to the unit. Thank you for all of your help Don. It was a pleasure to have such an easy process during such a stressful time for me.

Clean and presentable place.Close to my place of business. Ground level storage place which is what I needed. Don , the manager was polite , friendly and considerate. I have had a great customer service experience.
