Absolutely wonderful experience obtaining my storage unit from Sentinel. Their website is amazing for finding locations, the amenities offered, unit sizes, pricing and incredible promotions offered. I choose to call in to reserve a unit because it was my first time and the young lady that answered the phone was one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable customer service representatives I've ever spoken to. Polite, well spoken and easily answered any questions I had. She confirmed spellings to ensure I would receive proper e-mails, which I really appreciate because a lot of agents seem to just not care. She explained everything I needed to know before I had the chance to ask and ensured I received the emails that usually go to spam for some to make sure I had my receipt and information regarding my appointment to meet with onsite staff to view the unit and have the policies for storage explained to this newbie. The lady that showed me around also explained everything imaginable that I may need to know. It's a well laid out building with excellent access to interior units, ability to drive inside and unload. Provided Dolly's and carts. Was clean and well lit. I felt very safe being by my self in the evening. Sent a text message to ensure I had everything I needed and the places to find anything I needed to know. I haven't been this impressed with a business in many years. She took a few extra minutes to make sure I was good before finally leaving almost 45 minutes after she should have. Many current businesses should care as much as they do. Customers would feel like people again and not just a number. Excellent customer service representatives. Well done ladies. I will update once I confirm their names so maybe a higher up can reward their superior service. Great location, great price, safe and secure. Well done.
