I rented a unit and received the best service from Les! He was very informative as I had a lot of questions. He was friendly and professional. The bonus is that I got a huge discount for the time that I needed it for. Also when I went to put my belongings into the unit someone else had taken the unit I initially paid for and because it was Sunday they weren’t opened for me to find a solution. I decided to find the only empty unit that was available which was bigger than the one I paid for and put my stuff in there. I called them Monday morning to let them know what happened. Les just happened to answer. He was apologetic and did the paperwork for the bigger unit at no extra charge. Super impressed with the service. Moving is stressful sometimes and this just helped bring in ease for me. Thanks so much!!

Very clean and secure. Hallways are wide and clear. They have the size of unit you shall need to keep your items dry and safe. Double locking system if you feel that it is necessary.

The staff at this location are wonderful and accommodating when last minute changes are required. I love the fact that they actively monitor both inside and outside the building and deal with outside aggressors right away. Theirs is a safe, secure building. I had no qualms about my belongings for the months they were in the care of these professionals! This is a great central location and even I, not from Edmonton, could drive to quite easily. I highly recommend them to store and keep your life's treasures safe and sound!!!

My sister and I were in a stressful situation, as our mother was unexpectedly hospitalized and then released into long term care. This meant that mom isn’t going home again, and the contents of her apartment had to be removed so that she is not paying rent in multiple places. My sister flew to Edmonton to help with this task. However, given the competing interests of jobs, families, and needing to visit mom frequently, the task of moving her out was too much. So, we shopped around for a storage unit to buy more time to sort and disperse her belongings. We are so happy we decided to go with Sentinel! KARL AND HIS TEAM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BE HELPFUL TO US. I am grateful to them for reducing our stress level in that situation. Furthermore, the facility is clean, secure and climate controlled so that her belongings are snug until I can get to them. In addition, when we do go to begin the sorting project and begin moving things along, Sentinel has the best hours for access of any facility in the area.
