This is my second time renting from Sentinel. Though a it's a new location, staff is very friendly as always! (Shout out to Kencey and Sabrina!) It's nice being able to drive up to the unit to unload.

I had a great experience with the 33rd Ave NW location from start to finish. The entire process was very manageable and the rates were fair. Someone always answered the phone or was at the desk when I would go in. When I had to cut my lock, I kinked the metal hardware and couldn't open the door. It was a weekend so I waited til Monday to report the damage. I was relieved to find out that they were planning to change out all the locks anyway. So they changed the lock free of charge and I was able to retrieve my belongings. The gate is very secure and the aisles were regularly free of trash or boxes etc. Would use Sentinel Storage again and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever rented a storage unit and Sabrina made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Honestly, we were both excited walking through the rows of storage lockers and I even told her I felt like I was on an episode of *Storage Wars*! It was such a fun and unique experience for us. Sabrina took the time to explain everything clearly, from what to expect to all the details and paperwork involved. They also had a great promotion available which was definitely a nice bonus. But what really impressed us was the customer service. Sabrina was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough. She answered every question we had and even made sure our access codes were working and properly registered before we left. I haven't rented from any other storage facility before, but based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again. Great prices might bring people in, but outstanding customer service is what keeps them coming back. From the helpful lady I spoke with on the phone (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) to Sabrina at the facility, everyone was wonderful. Thank you for making our first storage rental experience such a positive one!

Sabrina was absolutely fantastic today. Like, seriously an angel sent from Heaven. She helped me get a storage unit in a very difficult time of my life. She was gentle and courteous and just such a joy to be around. Thank you for putting her at the counter at Sentenial so I could be taken care of so well. Would recommend!
