My spouse and I used their services last summer during a really stressful time where we had to move our furniture out of our apartment for repairs, then because we had to move to a new apartment pretty soon after. They were so nice and so helpful, and I love how secure and clean their facility is. When we moved our stuff out they called me to make sure everything was good and make sure that we were taken care of. I forgot to review them back then but when I think about that insanely stressful time the great customer service at the place is such a highlight that I had to review now.

Office staff, Karen is helpful and explains everything. The storage unit is clean, might require the rollers to be oiled a tad bit as the door was difficult to open. Karen assured me that it will be taken care of.
