Renting a storage unit at Sentinel was quick and seamless. I booked online and they called me immediately to confirm the details and make sure the unit was the right size for my items. When I visited in-person, the team was super friendly and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Sentinel, and they're definitely my go-to self-storage company. :)

Very impressed with our time here. We had our stuff in there for 5 years and never checked on it once. Come moving day everything was exactly how we had packed it in. Not even dusty. Impressive!!! I was worried about pests but absolutely Zero sign of anything. Eric at the front desk is friendly, funny and has wonderful customer service skills. I had an excellent experience with Riya, at Sentinel Storage, Mission. From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. She took the time to understand my needs and budget, and then presented me with the best possible options within my price range. What really stood out was her clear and proactive communication, she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Everything was handled so smoothly that I barely had to lift a finger. Riya is truly one of the most helpful and professional people I’ve come across. I highly highly highly recommend reaching out to her if you’re looking for a hassle-free storage experience.

When looking for a place to store my items while I was in a temp housing arrangement I went to all of the local places and hands down chose this location because of Sam (I believe she was covering for the Mission manager) She was kind, smart, honest and if she didn’t have an answer she didn’t bluff rather asked me to hold while she found out the fact. She went beyond the call of duty with many little things that turn into big things when you’re going through a life transition. She really “gets it” and I hope Sentinel knows what an asset she is to the company. I’m a former business owner & know good staff when I see them! She was also training Amber while helping me & the way she showed her respect as she learned “the ropes” made me happy to know managers like her exist. I could see Amber was developing confidence in her new position because Sam was treating her with respect & dignity while still challenging her. I hope the Mission manager took a page from Sam’s “managing” book as the only feedback I would give was that she needs to work on her customer service and the way she speaks to the clients that keep her employed. When I pointed out I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like I was being “bad” (there’s a kind way to give clients info) she simply defended the reason she was speaking that way. She seems to forget she’s in the business of customer service at times. It did improve over the few days I was there but I was hoping I’d see Sam & Amber again in case I had questions/ they were such lovely people!

When i went there and spoke with Amber she was so informative and helpful and I would recommend anyone wishing to use a storage facility try Sentinel storage or at least go ask to talk to Amber

Amber went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that all my questions were answered clearly. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out, and it made the experience much more enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her work and about helping people.
