At the end of my contract @ Sentinel, i found myself on my own to load to clear out my locker. Mary and Barb jumped in and they COMPLETL helped me. So kind and thoughtful and that i would hv been completely stranded. The two ladies ( Barb & Mary)were very friendly and helpful and moved us to an easier spot to use. They had our paperwork done very quickly and answered all our questions. We would definetly recommend Sentinel Storage. Our unit was clean as well.

They had n awesome deal when we signed up, and they were very accommodating to our last minute needs. Only suggestion I have is making the code our phone number to make getting in easier for us.

We arranged the storage in Spruce Grove after we sold our house. It was easy process initially over the phone with the call center in Toronto. Later we were dealing with Mary and Barb in the Spruce Grove office. We finalized the agreement and stored our stuff in the storage. Barb and Mary are pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring about customers. They are the best. Barb, thank you very much for all your help and assistance at a difficult time.

I have rented storage units from Sentinel twice now and dealt with Barb and Mary. Awesome people, no complaints at all. And you get the first 4 weeks for free so that’s a bonus!
