Pretty much everything was fantastic especially the customer service I got from the lady at the 149th St. location she was awesome. My only complaint is that my unit wasn’t too far from a pile of snow and one time in late February it had melted and then frozen again and I couldn’t get my door open. That’s my only complaint.

Kerri and Suzanne at Coronation were amazing. We were looking to move from a different sentinel location that had better security and an office on-site that was also centrally located. Kerri showed me multiple options and Suzanne was also able to assist us with pricing since we are a non-profit organization. The facility was extremely clean, as well as the storage facilities that showed me. Couldn't be happier and we won't be moving away anytime soon.
