Sentinel has a super easy check-in process and offered me the best deal after being automatically enrolled in a new contract at my previous storage as they sold the business without any notice to it's customers. I was offered my first month free of charge including renters Insurance. And my next month's fees are a 1/4 of what the last rental company was charging me. The front desk clerk was super friendly and welcoming as well.

Very nice staff easy access to unit as well as well protected and secure. Fast easy move in process and they give your u three keys with the lock for a fee. Very well maintained.

I got caught in the post covid rental frenzy when it was impossible to find a place to rent. I lived in a hotel with my family for 10 months until I found a home to rent. I used Sentinel storage in gasoline alley Red Deer to store all my furniture and belongings during that time. I found the people in the office absolutely amazing and helpful and I didn't have to worry at all about security. My fear was damage to my belongings. Water leaking in, mice etc. I rented an unheated unit and after 10 months of a hot summer and cold winter, I'd pretty much resigned myself to the inevitable. When we emptied my unit I was beyond thrilled to find that absolutely nothing had been damaged in any way nor was there any signs of vermin. If you need a reliable storage facility that you know you can count on, this is definitely the one to choose.
